Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends
Job Description:
The Concrete Doctor is seeking a reliable and motivated Installer to join our growing team. This role involves assisting in the preparation and application of high-performance concrete floor coatings in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Installers work as part of a team to deliver top-quality finishes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with surface prep including cleaning, grinding, and repairing concrete
- Mix and apply floor coating systems per manufacturer instructions
- Load, transport, and set up equipment and materials at job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and job sites
- Communicate with team members and supervisors throughout the project
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- No prior experience required – we provide training
